Super Handy Bee is a platform for service businesses, built and operated by MedanoSoft LLC (“we”, “us”), based in Rosenberg, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit superhandybee.com or use the Super Handy Bee app at superhandybee.app (web dashboard and mobile work app), and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed) and preferred language, provided by you when you sign up or by the business that invited you.
• Business data: the records a business enters into Super Handy Bee (clients, bookings, quotes, invoices, work orders, tasks, photos, documents and notes). Each business owns its data and controls who in its team can see it.
• Usage data: sign-in activity, device and browser information and approximate location derived from IP address, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, to send messages that are part of the service (invitations, access codes, work notifications, receipts), to answer support requests and to comply with the law. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text messaging

Businesses using Super Handy Bee may invite their team members to the work app by text message, and the app may send work-related notifications by text.

• Consent: you receive texts only after giving your mobile number to your employer or to the business you work with, who enters it in Super Handy Bee on your behalf. No third party will be sent text messages on your behalf.
• Message frequency: low, typically one to three messages per month. Frequency varies with the work assigned to you.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business that invited you.
• No sharing of mobile numbers: mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with, sold or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to deliver the messages described here through our messaging provider.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Super Handy Bee (hosting, database, email, text messaging, file storage and payment processing), bound by confidentiality, and when required by law.

Retention and security

Data is kept while the business’s account is active and deleted or anonymized afterwards, except where the law requires longer retention. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Your rights

You can review and update your account information in the app. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us.
