Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Super Handy Bee, a platform built and operated by MedanoSoft LLC (“we”, “us”), including this website, the app at superhandybee.app (web dashboard and mobile work app) and related messaging.

Accounts

You can create a Super Handy Bee account for your business, or receive access through a business that invited you. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. The account owner controls what team members can see and do, and may revoke their access at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Super Handy Bee only for lawful business purposes, not to interfere with the service or attempt to access data that does not belong to your business, and not to upload content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.

Text messaging terms

Super Handy Bee may send text messages to team members who have been invited by their business, such as an invitation link to set up the work app, access codes and work notifications.

• Message frequency is low and varies with your work assignments. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact the business that invited you or us at the address below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Data

The business you work with owns the data it enters into Super Handy Bee. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Super Handy Bee available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Super Handy Bee is provided “as is”, and our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the preceding twelve months.
